Second Assignment
Download the "How_to_Comment_on_Blogs.doc" by Bill Ferriter as a guide for responding. Once you have found a blog you like, type your comment in Word. Then proof read and post to the comment section of the blog you are reading. If your are having trouble finding a suitable blog, remember our "Student Friendly Blog" List in Diigo.
Remember that you will be assessed by the same rubric used in your threaded discussions on the class wiki. Be sure and review the expectations on the Thread_Discussion_Rubric.doc.
First Assignment
Open the Dashboard in your blog. Select "edit weblog" and tab on Weblog at the top of the page. Choose title and description of this blog and title your blog with your first name. No exceptions!
Next, complete the "About_me.doc" planner that was modified from the work of Clay Burell's "envisioning your blog's future results. Then combine your reponses to write a blog-bio. Finally, under the Weblog tab, choose about me and post your bio.
